If the qualifier is met each monthly statement cycle, earn refunds up to $10.00 in nationwide ATM Fees assessed by our bank and other banks during the Monthly Statement Cycle. ATM fee refunds will be credited to the account the next business day after the qualifiers have been met for each month.  The Smart Checking qualifier is enrollment in eStatements via Online Banking and must be met to earn ATM Fee refunds. When the Smart Checking qualifier is not met, ATM fees are not refunded. A Monthly Statement Cycle runs from the day after the last business day of the month to the last business day of the following month. This checking account is for the occasional check writer and is intended to be used as the accountholder’s primary checking account in which payroll transactions and day-to-day spending activities are posted and settled. The account’s debit card is expected to be used frequently throughout each month and for transactions and amounts to reflect a wide dollar range. The bank reserves the right to determine if this account is being maintained for a purpose other than primary, day-to-day use. Requires a valid e-mail address. This account is not to be used for commercial purposes. There is a limit of one (1) Smart Checking account per household. At our discretion, rewards may change at any time after account is opened.
