Yes, you can stop alerts by logging into the mobile app and turning off alerts.
- What happens if I have fraud on my debit card? What happens to my alerts/controls?
Once your new card is activated, log into the mobile app, under Quick Links, click on My Cards and set up your alerts/controls on your new debit card. The alerts/controls on the closed debit card will no longer be in effect.
- What happens if the app is down, or I cannot access my mobile app?
If the mobile app is down, card alerts/controls are still be in place. For assistance with My Cards, contact us at 800.451.7843.
